Parents in the community! Are you feeling stressed and unable to relax? Having trouble settling your mind and body? Please join us for an hour of Mindfulness Mediation. Karen McKinney will be joining us to share some quick and in-the-moment mindfulness practices we can add to our day to day self-care routines. Both informal and formal practices will be practiced.
