On Saturday, November 17, in partnership with The Centre for Mindfulness Studies, AboutFace will be hosting a 3-hour introductory Mindfulness for Stress and Resilience workshop. The workshop will focus on introducing participants to the origins of mindfulness and how the practices can be used for stress reduction and resilience.
The session is open to facial difference community members and their family members, ages 14 and older.
