We’ve often heard things like “you have to accept the things you can’t change” or “you need to toughen up” (we sometimes get this message in different ways), but no one tells us how to actually do it. In this presentation, you will learn how to use mindfulness, how to deal with hard comments or looks with self-compassion, and how to tolerate distressing situations to help you overcome any difficult moments in your life.
