Kleeblattschädel Syndrome (Clover Leaf)
is a type of craniosynostosis resulting in a clover leaf-shaped skull. It happens when several sutures between a baby’s skull bones begin to fuse too early. This causes bulging at the front and sides of the skull, resembling a cloverleaf shape.
