Oto palato digital syndrome type 2 (OPD2) is a severe form of otopalatodigital syndrome spectrum disorder and is characterized by a prominent brow ridge, downslanted eyelids, widely spaced eyes, wide nasal bridge and broad nasal tip, as well as severe bone and cartlidge abnormalities affecting the mid body and limbs. Malformations of the brain, heart, genitourinary system, and intestine may also occur.
